We were not in town and yet he made us feel as though we were right there with him as he took care of our basement water problem! When Greg arrived my finished basement was a soggy mess. Smelly, nasty, and despite my best efforts going in the wrong direction. A broken water line had drenched my carpeted floors with hot water for hours, and it got wet enough to start ruining walls, furniture, and more. I was truly at the end of my rope! Greg arrived promptly and assessed the extent of the damage, and after a thorough explanation of what to expect, how to better coordinate with my insurance, and answering my many question, got to work. It was not a fast process because he took painstaking time to ensure the job was done right. When he was finished my soggy mess was a clean slate to begin the process of reconstructing things. I can without reservation say that I have never worked with a more conscientious, courteous, and honest contractor. I hope you never NEED his services, but if water damage strikes, there is nobody better to call and work with.read more

Our office had a water pipe detach in the ceiling. Greg was at the office within an hour and always courteous and trustworthy. We couldn't get a plumber out right away, so Greg dug right in, and worked together with our plumber to get the water stopped, so he could get us dry. I was out of town when I received a panicked call from the office that our second floor had suffered water damage. We contacted Greg and he was caring, friendly, and fast. In less than three hours he was in our space working to dry everything out. Dry Patrol took the time to explain the service before they did anything. They educated us on the process of drying out our space, and most important I felt comfortable that they were taking care of the problem. Later we found out our water was the result of a detached rain pipe and had Dry Patrol not been able to get into our space before the holiday (4th of July) we would have suffered even further damage. There is no one else we will ever use or recommend. They truly earned our business and were there when we needed them most!read more

So, I had a pipe "spray" in the wall and didn't know where to turn (after the plumber handled his part), The plumber recommended Dry Patrol of Akron. Within one day Greg (from Dry Patrol) came and spent some time with me to explain what needed to be done and how it would be done. I had water damage in one section of the lower family room. They came within a day and the second day all the machinery was "up" and doing its' job. I was very concerned for I had only been in the house 5 months. When a water damage situation happens, it can feel like major chaos. The only thing that helps in that situation is devising a plan to get things back in order. Calling Dry Patrol was the best thing I did when a disaster happened.
